Recruitment Process

  • When applying for a graduate or intern role at Eagle Technology you will need to complete a short application form and submit your CV, cover letter, and academic transcript (this can be an unofficial copy reflecting your current progress).
  • A shortlisted applicant is required to complete a short video interview. If selected to progress further, the applicant will attend a final round interview via a virtual meeting.
  • Applicants for a graduate or intern role should hear whether you are progressing to the interview stage of the process within 2-3 weeks of the closing of applications. Applicants who are not shortlisted will be notified within a similar time frame.
  • Applicants who are interviewed but not selected will be notified in the week following the final virtual interviews for the role.
  • Successful applicants will receive a job offer the week after they have had their final virtual interview.
  • Successful applicants have a passion for IT or GIS, show an aptitude for learning and customer service

Remuneration & Career Growth

A graduate role at Eagle could involve travel, team rotations and opportunities to highlight the benefits or new developments in GIS and spatial at industry events.
