Currently we are doing a lot of work from home which is great - but in general the hours are fair and if you have to do extra hours I think there is some expectation that it comes with the type of work and is not unjustified.

I work 8:30-5 with an hour lunch break that I can take at any point during the day -I can split my time between wfh and time in the office. I am able to choose which days I work in the office or from home and can do half days in the office/at home.
