Diversity at Empired Ltd

There doesn't seem to be much in the way of forced diversity, which I think is the right move, but there is a lot of diversity regardless. There is [p/m]aternity leave and there are minorities in high places.

Can't really speak to most of these, I know one of my colleagues had good maternity leave and was able to move from 5 days per week to 2 days per week indefinitely after giving birth. Which seems quite lenient.

The same maternity leave for man and women would help Lowe the pay cap

Very open and inclusive. As a POC, I feel like I can say this with authority as I felt very welcome and comfortable. Never been made to feel different. What's great is that everyone insists on calling me by my actual name and not a shortened, easier version of it even if I say it's ok for them to call me by my nickname. I've noticed that almost everyone with a seemingly difficult name are called by that name and not by shortened nicknames.

I don't know what my company does to attract anyone... it seems to be very word-of-mouth.

It often holds sessions in the office to get youth interested in programming, I'm not sure if the focus is less privileged background, but they do focus on young women and making sure the gender divide in the industry isn't large.
