What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Happy with my pay as a graduate. Have not been with the company long enough to receive any bonuses yet, but they do offer bonuses based on company performance.
Graduate, Dunedin - 04 May 2023
Have not gone through a pay review yet, cannot comment. Salaries have not been adjusted for inflation which is a source of some frustration amongst colleagues. Bonuses are fair.
Graduate, Dunedin - 04 May 2023
Pay is standard for a graduate, I think bonuses are given out at the end of the year which is good.
Graduate, Auckland - 04 May 2023
Its relatively average.
Graduate, Auckland - 04 May 2023
Pay is reasonable but maybe not super-competitive, although the culture and benefits make up for it.
Graduate, Auckland - 29 Mar 2023
Pay is okay. Around average for a graduate in NZ. I do not know about bonuses, it depends on a variety of factors which some may deem unfair. Such as department budget vs spending and success in the market in that area of products (e.g. refrigeration or laundry). I'm not too savvy on this, just started a couple months ago.

Pay is OK for a graduate role. Bonuses are given out every year, which is good.
Graduate, Dunedin - 24 Mar 2023
Good starting rate.
Graduate, Auckland - 24 Mar 2023
Used to be industry standard but now sub industry standard with rising living cost. Many graduates leave after a year or two at the company for jobs in Australia, and the main motivation behind it is money. The common sentiment around grads is due to rising living cost and the salary which is outdated and cannot keep up with the macro trend is what forces the grads to seek out other opportunities rather than thinking long term with FPA.

Good for entry level

For a no work experience worker the pay is great. Though a little concerned that the new grads at the end of the year will possibly be paid more than me
Graduate, Dunedin - 24 Mar 2023
The pay is very competitive and, at least for my field, is near the top of the range for grads. I haven't been here long enough to know about bonuses, but I hear past ones have been good.
Graduate, Dunedin - 24 Mar 2023
Pay for grad was competitive for industry. Unable to comment on progression. Bonus scheme has changed this year going forward, however having worked less than a year I am not eligible.
Graduate, Dunedin - 23 Mar 2023
My pay has been more then average among my peers, and the pay justifies the work load. I am happy that the company has announce that they are to be giving bonuses, which makes me more then happy with my pay as I can see that I will be rewarded with the amount of work that I will be putting into.
Graduate, Auckland - 14 Mar 2022
Could be better based on current cost of living but not pretty good for a grad role. I'm not sure what the bonus situation is.
Graduate, Dunedin - 14 Mar 2022
Pay is good for graduate. Bonus is not enough.
Graduate, Dunedin - 14 Mar 2022
I hear people being not happy with their pay. Currently i am happy but unsure how it will increase overtime
Graduate, Auckland - 01 Jan 1970
The pay for Grad is not bad and the company pay 5% for SUPER or 4% for KiwiSaver.
Graduate, Auckland - 01 Jan 1970
Pay is toward the higher end for an engineering grad which is nice. The bonuses seem to be good, but as a PD team member the bonus is very reliant on the global economy rather than personal performance. I haven't received a bonus as I started in 2022.
