There were two interviews for me. One with two Senior Associates, and one with a Partner. They were pretty informal and more about getting to know me as a person.
Graduate, Tauranga - 14 Mar 2023
1) Submission of 3 or 4 videos about myself 2) Invitation/participation at grad day (with speed dating style interview) 3) Presentation
Graduate, Auckland - 14 Mar 2023
Firstly, I had to send in four videos talking about myself including, talking a bit about who I was, what previous jobs I've worked in, how I found out about frequency and why I would want to work there. I also had to send in my CV and cover letter.
Graduate, Christchurch - 14 Mar 2023
2 Interviews. The first going over CV, questions to get to know you and scenarios. Second interview was less of an interview and more so answering any follow up questions, going over the finer details of who Frequency are the type of work they do.
Graduate, Auckland - 14 Mar 2023
I sent in my application via PreviewMe however didn't hear back for many weeks. I then emailed a graduate in Auckland who sent my details to I believe HR. After this the process was easier and I had 2 interviews (first with 2 seniors in Wellington, and second with a partner in Auckland)
Graduate, Wellington - 13 Mar 2023
The interview stage consisted of many steps, such as the initial video, followed by the Auckland grad day, then a final presentation. By doing this, it allowed the team to fully understand ourselves and choose the best fit for the role.
Graduate, Tauranga - 13 Mar 2023
My hiring process was very relaxed and straight forward, however, I did not go through the typical process Frequency does now. I was offered the Graduate Role by my now senior, who was my mentor at the time I was in my final year of university. I then was passed on to have an introductory meeting/interview with one of the Partners, and I was shortly issued a contract.
