Frequency is a specialist project management and advisory business, delivering and optimising critical infrastructure and built environments across Aotearoa New Zealand.
What we do:
Our business spans both horizontal infrastructure and vertical buildings encompassing networks in water, rail, roading and public transport, along with the construction of health, residential, education and commercial buildings. Typically we are engaged across the full project life cycle, through establishment, design, procurement, delivery, and completion. Our clients include KiwiRail, Auckland International Airport, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Defence, Foodstuffs North Island, Kāinga Ora, Te Whatu Ora, ASB, Waka Kotahi.
Since our inception 12 years ago, Frequency has experienced rapid growth, now with a team of over 100 full-time employees. Our head office is in Auckland, and we have additional offices in Tauranga, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin.
Our team of skilled professionals have expertise in surveying, engineering, architecture, legal, commercial, property and construction, and offer extensive experience in providing advice and generating solutions to complex challenges.

We’re currently inviting pre-registrations from graduates interested in joining our 2026 programme. By pre-registering, you’ll be among the first to know when applications open in early 2025.
When applications open, the process will include submitting a cover letter, CV, a short video introduction, responses to a few questions, and your academic transcript. If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to a half-day group session, where you’ll learn about our company, engage in project management and team-building activities, and participate in speed interviews. Final-round candidates will then be invited for an individual interview, including a short presentation.

Frequency's Graduate programme is a two-year-long programme which allows you to gain experience throughout different service lines and sectors. By experiencing different project disciplines, you're able to gain a solid insight into where you want to direct your career. After two years, Graduates become eligible for promotion to Associate.
Frequency offers a $65,000 starting salary for Graduates, with three increases of $2,500 over the course of the two-year programme. In addition to a competitive salary, Frequency matches up to 4% KiwiSaver contribution and provides 5 weeks of annual leave, alongside other benefits and access to industry events through our company memberships.
