Sounds as though we have a good maternity leave policy. It is difficult to maintain diversity in this industry, I would like to see more events to celebrate diversity and bring people together to help us each understand one another better.

Still a very male dominated industry. Often very difficult for females to succeed. Because of the lack of flexibility in this company, it can also be very difficult to be a working mother

Its not really an industry you see a lot of women in, I don't see it too much. But I would say that they are trying to incorporate as many women in the workforce as possible.
