Great bonuses system, pay is equivalent to or slightly above industry standards. Grad program has incredibly high yearly remuneration increases.
Graduate, Canberra - 28 Jun 2024
The grad program starts with a generous base salary with a guaranteed 10% raise every year for the 2-year duration of the graduate program.
This pay progression seems well above industry standard, also offering a full Permanent position at the end with another potential for higher salary negotiation.
The only trade-off is no formal graduate rotations.
Graduate, Brisbane - 27 Jun 2024
Not sure how it ranks amongst other graduate programs.
Graduate, Brisbane - 27 Jun 2024
Pay is great for a graduate program. It is one of the reason why the graduate program is very competitive. The organisation also has a great graduate and employee retention rate. This can be indicative off the fact that they pay at or above market rate for all their employees. Honeywell's pay structure is also performance based. Great performance can enable employees to get a greater pay increase at the yearly performance reviews.
Graduate, Melbourne - 14 Jun 2024
There are not bonuses, the pay is slightly above the industry rate in last year, but the inflation rate is getting worse in 2023-2024. However, I used to have double pay in my last job after any after working hours. I thought I will have normal Morden reward in this company with overtime pay. However, the department won't approve. I feel like I have 30% less salary than my previous role.
Graduate, Melbourne - 31 May 2024
Quite good entry-level pay for a graduate. Unsure about bonuses.
Graduate, Sydney - 30 May 2024
when discussing with other graduates at opposing companies it definitely not a poor salary with it sitting slightly above the average
Graduate, Brisbane - 30 May 2024
Currently, quite satisfied with the pay. However, it seems that people who progress later in their careers have minimal pay increases, compared to graduates, who are more or less, supposed to be guaranteed a 10% salary increase per year for two years.
There are incentives put in place to reward divisions who perform well in their functions, different KPIs and associated incentives.
Graduate, Melbourne - 14 May 2024
Competitive pay. No bonus.
Graduate, Sydney - 09 May 2024

Graduate, Brisbane - 09 Nov 2018
The pay is great for a graduate
Graduate, Sydney - 09 Oct 2018
Base salary is fine, overtime can be negotiated.
Graduate, Adelaide - 21 Sep 2018
Pay is pretty standard for the work I do. it is a fair wage and better than most of the other offers I got
Graduate, Sydney - 19 Sep 2018
The starting salary is generous for a graduate salary compared to the market. I also receive bonuses relatively frequently. Work credit cards are also an amazing bonus. However, the work and responsibility I hold is beyond what is required as a graduate in addition to the hours. So in the grand scheme of things, the pay should go up.
Graduate, Sydney - 17 Sep 2018
Excellent for a graduate position
Graduate, Sydney - 17 Sep 2018
Pay is fantastic at entry level and rises quickly. Bonuses are performance based and generous.
Graduate, Canberra - 17 Sep 2018
The initial base salary is great. The annual salary increase is apparently not generous.
Graduate, Brisbane - 17 Sep 2018
I believe my pay in competitive with current graduate engineering salaries across the major companies of Australia.
Graduate, Newcastle - 17 Sep 2018
Incremental raises based on HR budgets. Less generous with bonuses.
