Sustainability at Honeywell Australia and New Zealand

Honeywell has numerous policies and abide by ISO standards to ensure, as a business and individuals, we are acting in an environmentally conscious way along with developing and prompting Technologies that see the environment benefit.

Honeywell is playing a pivotal part in reducing emissions and the overall impact on the environment. One of the ways the are specifically doing this is through creating and implementing building automation solutions which reduce the energy load of buildings, which overall reduces the emissions. They also utilise solar panels to other technologies for green energy generation to reduce their overall energy emissions.

Much of the company's work is targeted at better efficiency and usage of resources, such as energy.

Our company has an entire division dedicated to developing sustainable solutions/technology, the products we offer help to reduce carbon emissions and I believe our company already has some net zero offices and are planning to making our supply chain carbon neutral.

They certainly talk the talk, and I think they walk the walk. I don't know the company well enough to comment further.

There is a big push to decrease paper consumption but apart from this I am not sure what else is being done.

Honeywell are always striving to reduce environmental footprint through a number of initiatives including sustainable building solutions. This utilises control standards to improve efficiencies in HVAC to reduce energy consumption and waste heat.

As far as I understand, there are very little initiatives the company has on reducing environmental footprint.

Seems like a non-issue most of the time, much to my frustration. There are products and services we offer to reduce energy usage, but even general things like encouraging recycling isn't done.

Energy reporting and analysis is done yearly.
