My favourite part of the day would most definitely be searching for high-quality candidates and speaking to new people on a daily basis.

The hunt for finding the right candidate and celebrating the wins. When you book an interview or actually make a placement, the rush is insane! It makes you feel really good and to top it off you have also found someone a new job.
