The IMC Sydney Weekend Away to the Blue Mountains

Prosperity is a 10-day long trading challenge happening somewhere in a near - utopian - future. You’re in control of an island in an archipelago and your goal is to bring your island to prosperity.

For over a decade, our global trainee program has been the jumping-off point for countless IMC traders and engineers. Twice a year, recent graduates and other recent joiners from four continents come together in one or more IMC locations to learn about IMC and its culture, and to get up to speed with the work we do.

IMC’s world-renowned Trading School is designed for fresh graduates taking their first steps into the fast-paced world of financial markets. 

The engineering branch of IMC’s Tech Schools is designed to test newly hired engineers of all ages and disciplines.

Our Development School brings together new joiners from all four main IMC offices.

Field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) are the backbone of our trading infrastructure – so we make sure all our new engineers get a thorough grounding in IMC’s hardware and how we work with it.
