• For graduate or entry-level roles, we recognise that you may not have much experience so we might ask you to take a test that is relevant to your role. If you're an engineer it may be a coding test, for a graphics designer it might be a drawing assignment and for a front of house operations role you may be asked to source an item.
• The process starts when you send your CV to us and please remember to put your name in the filename when you submit your CV. If your CV has met the required criteria you can expect to be asked to interview and the process will have two to three interviews with peers, leaders and company co-founders
• You'll be asked questions about yourself, your hobbies, your skills and experience, your inspiration, why you want to join and what you'll bring to Kami.
• You also get the opportunity in all the interviews to ask us questions about the role, life at Kami and all things Kami
• We try and complete the process within one to two weeks.
