Responsibilities

  • You will develop new features, products and capabilities.
  • You will help drive forward the product roadmap by taking on new challenges.
  • You will receive and interpret internal and external product feedback, and participate in product design.
  • You will provide prompt resolution to any problems our users encounter.
  • You will strategically address software challenges encountered by parents and schools, and identify prompt resolutions.

Qualifications & requirements

  • Tertiary education is expected
  • Experience developing strategies to increase the adoption of technology solutions
  • Secure communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire others
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Self-driven, persistent, and assertive
  • Experience with software development (Ruby, Typescript, MySQL, Postgres would be a great benefit)
  • Residency/Citizenship for New Zealand
