For 70 years we have been involved in the construction, refurbishment, and fit-out of many leading Wellington buildings. In 2014 we began working on major projects in Auckland.

In these years of operation, we have worked on all types and sizes of construction projects, ranging in value from $20,000 to more than $150 million. Our experience in dealing with high profile sites, multi-unit residential construction and public safety is unmatched. We have special expertise in refurbishment and seismic strengthening.

We put a strong emphasis on growth within the industry through building apprenticeships and cadetships.

As a cadet, you are likely to join one of our commercial teams and be supported directly by an experienced manager. You would support them with projects from pre-construction, including tenders, through to construction. We are confident in our belief that our cadets develop into the best quantity surveyors and site managers in the industry.

As an apprentice, you would learn on the job, as well as becoming part of our apprenticeship school.

At LTM we have a unique environment of trust, equality, and performance. This is strengthened by everyone getting together regularly for events organised by our active social club.

Some recent events include:

  • Iron Maori Triathlon
  • Race Days
  • Super Rugby Games
  • Casino Night
  • Christmas Party
  • Social Dinners
  • Go Karting
