At the firm I am interning, all of the managers are great. They have all made time to talk to me and genuinely seem interested in getting to know me.

My Partner Julia is great! she's been a leader, and I really value her work life balance and kind nature.

Vey accessible, I feel like they give me the time when I speak to them

I feel comfortable asking questions and from help from everyone on my team. I go to the solicitors the most because I don't want to waste the partner's time as they are super busy and the solicitors can always answer my questions.

I am personally really happy with my mentors and their accessibility and the level of constructive feedback they provide; however I am very aware this differs from team to team, and some Partners are more unreasonable than others

I wouldn't say I really have a manager, the HR clerk co-ordinator who is technically my manager is in a different office. They are lovely and I feel like I could reach out when I needed but not an everyday interaction. I just do work for who ever needs it really and then they become my manager for that task. Praise and recognition is big in this office. For example getting recognised in a team meeting or email for my help with a case when I only did a small task is really nice.

I am very satisfied with my managers. What I have appreciated most is the trust they have given me in delegating work to me. I also really appreciate the approachability of my managers and how I can go to them with any questions I have.

The Partners are accessible to us as Summer Clerks. It can be quite daunting to go and speak to them, and often they are really busy.

I have only been here a week so am yet to receive too much feedback but all the staff are great at providing mentorship for me!

My managers are excellent mentors however, it would be good to have someone other than the Partner to coordinate sick days etc. I could get more feedback on my work.

My relationship with my manager is great. We have a lot of respect and comradery with one another. Overall she is very patient and understanding with me. The only negative is the lack of time/infrequency in which I get proper feedback.

Yes I am - the Partners in my team and also the general management team are very good at communicating with us. They are very accessible and are good mentors.

Usually very accessible and make great mentors. Always feel comfortable approaching them if I have questions or an issue.

Josh has been a great mentor with really good internal communication, has been somewhat difficult with me working remote but we have a great relationship and it has been awesome to come up with Josh would recommend any junior to work with him

Yes. My supervising partners lead by example. They provide regular feedback e.g. at our weekly catch up. Additionally, they are extremely approachable so I can ask for further feedback at other times too.

My boss is phenomenal with how she manages expectations of clients and ensures my workload is comfortable for me to keep plodding, without unnecessary stress or time pressures - I really appreciate this. We have great communication between us and I feel comfortable talking to her about any and everything.
