We are looking for a passionate and hardworking individual to join the next intake of the MAB Graduate Program in 2026.
The two-year program is centred around gaining real, quality experience in the world of property development, and working on some of MAB’s hallmark projects. You will provide hands-on support, inject fresh insights into the business and lay a strong foundation for a successful career in property.
The program may include:
- Two team rotations per 12 months, which may include Residential built-form, master-planned Communities, Commercial and Industrial, and Project Management.
- Sessions with the Managing Director, Andrew Buxton and Chief Executive Officer, David Hall.
- Gain hands-on experience by assisting project teams in various facets of project delivery. Each rotation will aim to provide a range of personal development opportunities that align with MAB’s property development lifecycle including Buying, Analysing the Need, Design, Feasibility, Planning, Selling, Negotiation, Developing, Legal, Settlement and Collaboration.
- Work closely with a mentor, and attend site tours, team meetings, divisional updates and cash flow committee meetings.
- Exposure to Project Finance and Marketing to understand their role and observe the work being undertaken.
- Regular mentor check-ins to cover goals, challenges, learnings, likes and dislikes.
- Share university insight and undertake research.
- Relevant training in key property industry systems.
The successful candidate will:
- Be completing their penultimate or final year of property studies in 2026 (to work part-time whilst you finish your studies, and progress to full-time after graduation)
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Have a passion for property and be a strong team player
- Be willing to roll up their sleeves and work hard
- Show a keen desire to learn
- Have a current Victorian Driver's License.
