Graduates within our two-year Property Graduate Program will undertake two team rotations per 12 months, which may include Residential built-form, master-planned Communities, Commercial and Industrial and Project Management. The rotations will aim to provide a range of personal development opportunities that align with MAB’s property development lifecycle including Buying, Analysing the Need, Design, Feasibility, Planning, Selling, Negotiation, Developing, Legal, Settlement and Collaboration.
