Our recruitment process requires both a CV and cover letter as well as some form of identification. If you are shortlisted for a role you can expect to be put through to a digital interview, via a platform called HireVue, this is a really neat tool that allows us to unpack finer details of your experience and application, whilst done from the comfort of your home. The next stage would be to meet with us face-to-face and if shortlisted further a final interview is required.
