At MYOB we are striving to achieve a gender balance of 40:40:20 where gender is broader than male & female. We have set markers to see how we are going through regular reporting. There is a regular gender pay gap review where all ‘like for like’ roles are equally compensated, and we keep track of the employee experience through a gender lens with a three times annual engagement survey.
