Imagine you had the skills to create intelligent and intuitive tools to help more businesses start, survive and succeed. We help make business life a whole lot easier for countless people across Australia and New Zealand. This is exactly what we do at MYOB, and we want you to join us!
To make all this happen, we are dedicated to creating an exceptional, flexible employee experience for all team members and offer a culture that encourages your authenticity. MYOB'S GRADUATE PROGRAM – THE FUTURE MAKERS ACADEMY
We're looking for our next generation of software developers to join us in February 2021. MYOB's Graduate Program runs in three of our state of the art office locations Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland.
You'll join us as a full-time permanent employee, compensated at a market-related salary.
Our program is all about bringing people from diverse backgrounds together to build meaningful software. It provides the right foundation for those taking the first steps in their career. Plus it's not just about writing code either, it's about having a growth mindset, teamwork and continuous learning.
You'll start in our Future Makers Academy on a guided learning journey where you'll be mentored under dedicated mentors, with the purpose of accelerating and mastering your craft. Under their guidance, you'll work through a series of increasingly complex problems aimed at identifying and stretching your core skills, followed by placements in engineering teams working on different parts of our platform.
By the time you progress out of the academy, you'll have developed the technical and teamwork skills we know are key for a long and successful career as a software professional at MYOB and beyond.
If you're wanting to work and collaborate where the status quo is challenged, opinions are valued, and your ideas can make a difference, you need to work at MYOB. We look forward to meeting you.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.

The transition from acceleration -> crew rotations -> associate is very manual and not well supported. The individual graduate has to find their own way and sometimes it's a hit and miss where they end up.
