Very flexible, a lot of work is done remotely, but people enjoy coming to the office once or twice a week to socialise

40 hours with the option to adjust start time and finish time. Can also WFH.

We have to ensure we're in the office at least once a week with our team. Online we develop a plan where all team members have to online for, for example 10-3pm. Meetings generally won't be set outside these hours and it is flexible how early or late the additional hours can be made up on either side of these set hours. As part of our EVP, Flexperience allows individuals the opportunity to work in office when works for them. We have 1 day a week in office, 1 day from home and the other days, wherever works for us. We can work up to 90 days abroad. Each location has a day where team members are encouraged to go in (team events held on these days too)
