Our company is focused on inclusion and diversity, ensuring that everyone has equal opportunity regardless of background.

We have employee resource groups working to promote diversity, and these events seem to be championed across the business.

I'm LGBT and am part of an employee resource group called NAB Pride. Similar groups also exist for other group like women, Indigenous colleagues and other backgrounds/religions.

had whole meetings and discussions about this as a whole in my building. Even in the engagement centre and my graduate cohort there is a lot of diversity. In my office there is a broad range of diversity across all levels of staff

From what I know it seems like the company has respect for diversity as we are able to take parental leave (regardless of gender). They also offer paid cultural/religious leave which is separate from the ~20 days of annual leave. However I do think it's a common issue in all/most(?) companies that the demographics become less diverse - as the roles move up, At lower levels, the demographics are pretty even

We have Employee Resource Groups that are run by colleagues to initiate and drive diversity initiaitves.

There's a strong workplace culture of respect towards all groups. Intolerance is not tolerated. There are child care centres in the office and generous leave options for new parents (both mothers and fathers).

As a culturally & linguistically diverse woman, I feel as though NAB promotes a very inclusive environment for work.

NAB is incredibly diverse filled with people from various backgrounds.

They are actively trying to increased their female employees, and I feel equal to men in the workplace. They have a lot of fantastic programs to encourage ethnic minorities e.g. Australian African Internship Program. There is also PRIDE at nab for LGBT, and I have colleagues who are comfortable to 'bring their whole selves to work'. This is in the areas of the bank that I work in - it may be different in other areas. The recruitment process really encourages hiring diversity. They have childcare in the building, and provide good flexible working arrangements for people with families.

Still some work to do to get women on the board and at the EGM (Executive General Management) level, but company is committed to this

Most diverse employer I know of. All races, genders, religions, etc are accepted and encouraged.

There's an Indigenous Graduate program but since I'm not part of that demographic I've never really done research into it

There's a program to attract immigrants from African countries and also dedicated internship opportunities for indigenous students.

It provides other graduate entry schemes, and targeted recruitment.

There are various initiatives and programs to attract Graduate talent from less privileged backgrounds. With particular attention paid to the African-Australian community.

We have the AAIP program to attract applicants who are qualified and from less privileged backgrounds.

They have specific programs aimed at hiring these people. In the grad program however all expenses to get to the interview are covered by the grad themselves, which is a shame for interstate graduates.
