Promotion opportunities seem to be based largely on role availability (i.e., if someone in the next position up leaves/moves teams) rather than individual.
The culture is very friendly and outgoing. Everyone is happy to catch up and make themselves available to graduates. Teamwork is essential, and everyone has the opportunity to lead or take charge of a project.
I love the culture and the learning opportunities provided to me on the graduate program to help me upskill my capabilities to land a successful career.
Interview process was thorough and carried out group assessment along with individual assessment. This was a fun experience, and everyone had the opportunity to stand out and sell themselves.
