Salary at NAB Australia

We don't get any bonuses. Apparently they used to but they stopped a few years back

We have good base rates and really attractive bonus structures.

Salary is very competitive and perk are unique.

I am satisfied with the pay.

It seems to be around market value which is good. I can afford to rent and make all my essential purchases, and still save for holidays. Bonuses don't come into the picture until you reach a certain level.

Pay is good however as a graduate.

I think that for the hours that we work which are very reasonable, the pay is also reasonable. However, I would not mind working more hours for a higher paying salary.

The pay is decent, particularly compared to other graduate programs. It is not as good as some of the other banks however.

The pay is fine (Who would say no to a pay rise?) for a graduate, I am content with it. Although we do not receive bonuses as grads, we receive about $1000 worth of company shares (a bonus would be great though).
