Working Hours at NAB Australia

9.3
9.3 rating for Working Hours, based on 92 reviews
How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Yes they say they are flexible, however in Business Bamking it's less so. We find we are in the office most days from 8-5. If I need to log off early, I just have to make sure that I am in early

9-5 hours. If you have an appointment, it is flexible in how you approach it and usually PL will support you to be able to attend it.

I work usually around 8.5 hours a day. I will come in anytime between 8am and 9am and usually leave between 5pm and 5:30pm. I could count on one hand the amount of times I've logged back on later to do work. Company is pretty flexible! Super easy if you need to take time off during the day to attend appointments or anything. If your team has regular meetings or stand ups, attendance at those would be assumed, but other than that, really good and chill.

We work the hours needed to get the work done. There isn't a culture of working back. I am encouraged to take days off if I'm not feeling well.

We have a 2 day in office, 3 days at home split. I find it's very flexible if you need to attend an appointment or anything, the managers will normally give you that freedom.

Its flexible with opportunities to WFH. But in C&IB you need to be prepared for peak times where longer hours may be required.

Super flexible, they dont care much on what hours i work per day as long as hours add up to meet fortnightly expectations. work extra 30 mins per day to receive rostered day off once a month

Hybrid model. Currently one to two days in the office, the rest WFH.

Very. Happy to work around appointments. Effort being made to have 2 days in office but very flexible if WFH works better for you on any given day. Focus is more on deliverables but management have a strong interest in keeping workload at a manageable level.

Reasonably flexible. We have a 40 hour work week and so far I haven't had to do overtime.

8:30 - 5:30 is a normal day but with nice breaks during the day, early finish on Friday and no weekends.

I work about eight hours a day but some days I'll do more and some I'll do less. NAB discourage overtime work and so there's flexibility to take time off if you've worked particularly long on another day. Many people work compressed fortnights and there are RDOs built into your leave accruals.
