We generally have a 4-step recruitment process, which may vary depending on the type of role you've applied for. We've designed our process to get to know you as a person and equally for you to learn more about NDY along the way.
Application – Submit your resume, cover letter and academic transcript.
Online assessment – You will be invited to undertake an online assessment as well as video interview.
Assessment centre and interviews – This is the final step in this stage of the recruitment process. If you're shortlisted, you will be invited to an assessment centre session.
Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer of employment from our talent acquisition team.
