One of the things that New Zealand Starch is most proud of is the very long service of many of its employees. Over half the workforce have been with the company for at least 10 years, while a good number can point to 20, 30 or even 40 years of continuous service.
This long service runs through all areas of the business, from senior management to production, logistics and administration. This means there is a wealth and depth of knowledge and expertise contained within the company.
