Production Engineering Graduates & Interns - Expressions of Interest

At Optiver, our proprietary trading system is the cornerstone of our success. We operate in a fast feedback, quick release environment with a DevOps culture at its core. Our Production Engineers own and develop the platform we build, deploy, manage and monitor our global low-latency trading system on, to ensure that we never miss a great trade.

The Engineers we look for are passionate and curious about technology. They are primarily problem focused and aren't phased when they need to learn a new technology because it's the right tool for the job. Familiarity with Linux is a big plus. They'll also want to:

• Operate in a hybrid engineering role – think a mix of Developer and SRE.
• Use a breadth of technology including different languages, custom built and open source to solve the problems inherent in operating a globally distributed, low-latency trading system.
• Learn our business and what it takes to compete in the most competitive markets in the world.
