We're proud of our rigorous, high-quality tech bootcamp. Don't know anything about finance? No problem. Unfamiliar with C++? We've got you. Our dedicated Head of IT Education built a program to equip you with the knowledge and skills to set you up for success.
You'll be a fully integrated Optiverian during your time with us. You'll build relationships across the business by working with our Trading, Risk and Research teams, and more personally at the likes of Friday night drinks and board game nights. Due to the emphasis on business acumen, employees know about the business impact of what they work on, and why it matters. As a software dev, I work on maintaining and developing software solutions to solve business/compliance problems.
