Parents & Carers at Powerlink Queensland
It’s important to us that we continue to evolve our culture and employee experience so that you feel supported during life’s challenges and milestones. Our commitment to Parents and Carers through initiatives, benefits and support networks aims to enable you to navigate your career and home life.
Circle In.
Powerlink have partnered with Circle In to create a personalised parents, carers and wellbeing platform. The platform is designed for everyone. Whether you’re planning a family, already a parent or carer for others, a team member interested in health and wellness or a Powerlink leader supporting others. Recognising the diversity of our people and their lives, the resources on Circle In are bite sized, practical and cater for everyone. The flexibility is there to meet you where you’re at.
Flexible Work Arrangements.
We want to empower our employees to work in ways that allow them to perform at their best. Flex@PQ incorporates the different ways in which employees can work flexibly at Powerlink. It includes the types of flexible work (when, how and where we work) and the type of arrangement (formal or informal). Not every type of flexible work, or every type of arrangement suits every person, every role, or every team, so it’s important to understand each type and how it may or may not work in your area of the business.
