As someone who identifies with the lgbtqia+ community, i am proud to work for p&g and am happy to see their commitment to fostering an environment of lgbtqia+ equality and opportunity. this is also very prevalent with other minority or vulnerable groups such as people living with disability, ethnic minorities, parents of young children and women. activities and seminars are regularly organised to set a strong precedent of respect and support of these groups within our organisation.

P&g is very accomodating to all employees needs. they will try their best to make everyone work at their best but also have a good balance with their personal lives.

Lgbt support is beyond amazing in my opinion, i have been genuinely surprised with how well it is managed here. ethnicities and genders are generally treated equally however as a straight white male i don't think i can truly comment on the discrimination due to inherit cultural biases. retention appears to be an issue as great talent seems to be overlooked quite frequently leading to losses in key performers leaving organisational gaps.

It has great respect for work life balance particularly regarding maternity leave/returning to work. it also offers great flexibility for parents in general.

P&g is extremely diverse. the only area where there isn't a clear map of inclusion is when it comes to mother's in the workplace and managing their hours.

P&g does not discriminate on the basis of gender, disability, sexual orientation, race, religion or any other uncontrollable factor. equal opportunities are provided to these individuals and those who require further assistance in their work are provided with the necessary support. it is refreshing to be a part of such a diverse and accepting workforce.
