Salary at Reece

Very fair compensation, opportunities for profit share after a certain tenure.

I am content with my current pay, It seems to be the industry average for marketing graduates, however I am not sure how the bonus system works properly or when it kicks into effect.

I think it's okay, obviously in a tough time with the economy and price rises, higher pay would be better but that is something I will work to.

The pay is incredible, I am very happy with it. Reece have also given me a laptop which I am very grateful for.
