Reece has agreed to the 2015 Paris agreement and have committed to participating and assisting in reducing global warming. They also have a "war on waste" program active which allows staff members to contribute to areas that can help reduce waste within the business

Reece are trying to reduce its environmental footprint and this is seen in it's Actrol division. Reece are trying to phase out the more harmful refrigerant gases such as RS404A for more environmentally friendly ones such as RS448A
