Retail & Consumer Goods
Reece is a leading supplier of plumbing, waterworks and HVAC-R products in Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
The best thing about working at Reece is the culture, everywhere you go, you are made to feel welcome. Whether its branches or the head office, everyone is extremely nice and welcoming and there is always some good banter occurring.
The team culture is the best part, as well with the prompt opportunities that keep continuously arriving with the view of developing into a leader has been better than I could've imagined.
The people and the culture
Workplace culture is great! Everyone is really friendly and willing to help each other out. Lots of opportunities for growth and if you express interest in a particular area, the company helps to accommodate that
The commitment to career growth and learning opportunities across the business. The timtams are also a pretty nice touch.
Currently I think that 1 year of branch time is a bit excessive, I think 6 months of branch time is all that is needed to fully grasp what it's like working within the branches and supporting/serving customers
Nothing at all, the closest I can think of is probably dealing with a couple angry customers.
So many different business units, initiatives, and a big network of sub-domains within the company. Can be difficult to wrap your head around all of these things and how they work together and why they all exist.
Nothing bad yet
The pressure and the negativity
