Join Rothbury as a Graduate and become a permanent employee from day one! Our Graduate Programme spans one year, during which you’ll rotate through three key Broking teams: Claims, Domestic Insurance Broker (also known as Personal Lines), and Commercial Broker Support. You’ll begin by shadowing an expert in each branch, and then you’ll step into the role for two months to see if it’s the right fit for you.
The primary goal of our Graduate Programme is to provide you with invaluable experience in the Broking side of our business, setting you up for a successful career. Throughout the year, you’ll receive continuous guidance, training, and exposure to various aspects of the business.
We are looking for graduates who are ready to take their first step into their career outside of University. You will have recently completed your bachelor’s degree in your chosen field and be motivated to embrace a range of learning opportunities and styles in a Graduate position.
