Really inclusive

Wide range of employees, it almost isn't really acknowledged because the workplace is so diverse. Its good, everyone just feels equal and there's I do not think of diversity actively because it is so integrated. I like the extended paternity leave for fathers.

SE is quite diverse, with a pretty equal split of genders, ethnicities etc. The company is also accepting of the LGBTQ community, being sure to provide resources, gender affirming leave and little gifts to celebrate pride. Retention is strong due to the culture, and there is the option for maternity, carers and paternity leave, as well as flexible conditions for working parents.

Within the office, I believe we have a diverse range of individuals. This includes women, men, ethnic minorities and LGBTIQA+ individuals.

Overall commitment to diversity is positive. There are initiatives to hire more diversely in teams lacking diversity. People and culture strategy is great - you get to work with people from such different backgrounds that it creates a great synergistic effect uniting different perspectives. Sometimes, teams talk about diversity to the point it is performative.

This company is incredibly diverse and open about their culture. I don't think I've seen any issues when it comes to leave or hiring or the teams.

I actually am female, I found women engineers are very welcomed at Schneider and they are doing a great job. As I know the maternity leave is satisfying, many mothers comes back to Schneider.
