Our Finance team drives the financial outcomes for Suncorp through the provision of specialist finance and advice services. In partnership with CFO teams in Banking & Wealth, Insurance Australia and Insurance New Zealand, we deliver expertise and insight for Suncorp's functions, providing forward looking finance and advice that preserves and creates value for our organisation.

Pros
I love the culture and the flexibility we have in our working arrangements. I also love the exposure we get at graduates to so many areas of the business.
Great community within the company & especially the graduates themselves. A large amount of opportunities to try out different things & discover which type of work you enjoy the most.
Suncorp offers continuous support and opportunities to its graduates. I love being able to network with a large group of people in a variety of roles across the business.
Supportive and kind colleagues, flexibility in work, growth and pathway opportunities.
Hybrid, flexible work - sometimes you don't get a good night's sleep - and being able to skip the commute is fantastic for my mental health.
Cons
The technology experience, there are multiple portals to request access to things, and if you mess one up it will take weeks to solve. Getting set up at the start of your role can take weeks to be able to complete your work independently because of this.
Sometimes not given enough work.
There is innovation lag, but there is a lot being done in the innovation space to make up for some lost time.
Difficulty finding permanent employment after a Graduate Programme.
It is difficult to be satisfied as there is no opportunity to grow my salary outside of inflationary pay bumps in the Suncorp program.
