Career Prospects at Suncorp New Zealand

Difficult for a graduate to find permanent employment in an adequate role which progresses from the programme.

I'm yet to roll off the program but time will tell if progression opportunities do actually play out - I've certainly seen and heard from colleagues of great opportunities e.g. secondments etc.

There are opportunities, but it just depends on the time of year. They are definitely passionate about retaining graduate talent where possible.

Standard promotions during the program across cohort. Then opportunities for further promotions once you roll off into a full-time position
