Great culture where events are organised and everyone is friendly.

Supportive work culture where we have eachother's backs - or what I've experienced at least. The socialising could certainly improve - we socialise well amongst us grads but other than that, socialising in our teams and in our segments more regularly could improve.

Nothing extra-ordinary or negative.

A very warm culture. Social in the office with semi-regular events. Employee resource groups are a great way to socialise (and give marginalised populations safe spaces to get together). Some after hours functions, but not all the time (a good balance). Flexible working is heavily encouraged. Employee wellbeing is a significant consideration across the business.

Lots of activities held within the office to encourage collaboration & networking activities. Good relationship with peers in office & after work hours

The culture is amazing. I never feel like there is a hierarchy in the office I feel as though we are all equal. Everyone is so supportive and wants to help you succeed.
