Suncorp celebrate diversity. Always have shared lunches and cultural events to bring people together.

Getting better - I think theres a lot of education to be done, especially for our P&C team around ethnic minorities and how to best support them, and empower those colleagues who have the knowledge to be able to share

Employee resource groups as a safe space for these groups. D&I is important and considered during the hiring process. Great parental leave policies.

There are groups such as Amplify which are incredibly popular in the company. There is also maternity leave for women but I am not sure on the exact amount of time they are given.
