I am satisfied with the level of work I do. I am not 'pulling my hair out' stresses but I am kept busy and know that the work I do is valuable to my team and the wider business.

Currently sitting in commercial BDM team, working from an shared inbox, responding to brokers submissions for new business particularly in the SME space - I pick up a submission, go through the necessary steps to evaluate the risk, and underwrite it

The exposure to different areas of the business from the graduate program is thrilling and helps me grow professionally and personally.

I get to work on a range of different projects and get hands-on experience with insurance.

Attending team ceremonies, doing investigation work & upskilling in applications & tools the company uses.

I have just joined a new team so I am still learning a lot about my role. I am using Solveit, shadowing other team members, learning about business underwriting.
