Managers are accessible, good mentors and have a good approach to internal comms, performance feedback etc. However, they also work full time in a role outside of just managing people, so they often don't have time to always provide this support.

Fantastic managers across the board. No egos, just real people managing real people. I always feel seen and understood by my managers.
