Salary at Suncorp New Zealand

Happy with my pay as I am a graduate. Hear that some workers get higher % bonus based on their salary which I do not agree with.

I understand we're on the grad program but a bit more would be appreciated - especially towards the end of the program because I am doing the role of a BDM

It is difficult to be satisfied as there is no opportunity to grow my salary outside of inflationary pay bumps in the Suncorp program. The bonus was nice but halved as I'd only been there for 6 months :(

Health and life insurance, random shine cards

We don't really get perks like that other than a discount on insurance, however Vero is very expensive so the discount might not save you anything.

Vero card that give rewards to partnering companies. Shine rewards where employees can use points to redeem purchases.

The access to discounts we get through the Shine points system is amazing. Also the discounts for insurance are helpful too. The flexible leave days are really beneficial for taking a break and focusing on your rest.
