Great training when first into the company.

I love that Suncorp supports development - both in house and external, paying for accreditations and courses

I haven't received any formal training. On the job training is fantastic and colleagues are always ready to lend a hand. I have got infinitely better at Excel! Financial analysis is the best skill I'm working on at the moment.

I wish there was more training in office etiquette, understanding the organisational structure, Teams and Outlook as I was first in family and could have used some more of that.

Lots of online training available through Suncorp's online employee portal. Opportunities to train & further development outside of company too

I have learned about brand and marketing when I was in that team. I have learned skills in excel and formal email writing.
