Working Hours at Suncorp New Zealand

I am usually in the office 9-5pm but this can change based on my schedule. My company is flexible that I am allowed to work from home half the week. This is beneficial as sometimes I have errands to run at home during a working day.

Very happy, I've been coming in every day since starting in this role (mid year) and have enjoyed it - I can WFH if I like, but coming into office and sitting next to my manager is very helpful for my development, but otherwise he would allow me to WFH the 5 days a fortnight.

This depends on the team, I had a team that is happy for me to start / finish when I want as long as my work is complete and up to standard, vs some teams will have you be there 8:30 to 5 even if you have done your work for the day.

Flexible workload spent between office & work from home. Helps having a good work life balance.

Suncorp is really flexible if you have an appointment or something comes up you can adjust your hours accordingly without any trouble.
