Recruitment Process

The first step of the recruitment process with Sysdoc is supplying a CV and cover letter.

From here, if you are successful in moving into the next stage, it would be a phone conversation with HR to discuss your interests and experience, roughly taking 20-30 minutes.

We then proceed to a 60-minute interview with HR and our Head of Digital to discuss the role further and discuss your specific technical skills.

We then potentially may proceed with a technical interview if required.

The final step is reference checks where we speak to two referees that you have directly reported to, whether it is a lecturer or employer.

Remuneration & Career Growth

Sysdoc has a Learning and Development programme Sysdoc for all permanent employees. This consists of regular meetings with your manager and HR.

We meet every 6 months to discuss your goals, achievements, performance and feedback and every 12 months for a salary review.

Sysdoc does not see growth as just vertical, so there is the opportunity for you to move into some of the other service lines that Sysdoc offers.
