Day to day I am working on graduate planning tasks Simple Consents, assisting with policy making tasks

Day to day responsibilities are good and busy, however, it can be hard to branch out and diversify the work.

Support mostly admin tasks.

Not a huge workload.

Property Consultant, while finishing studies at University of Auckland. I have graduated my property degree and TPG has encouraged me to go back and finish my accounting degree. I work on NZTA acquisitions, Kiwirail acquisitions, and recently the Auckland Council buyout processes for flooded properties.

My day-to-day work is reasonably satisfying, being involved in infrastructure project can be exciting most of the time.

At the moment I have my own workstreams and projects but as a graduate I also get to support my colleagues on larger projects and gain experience in a wide variety of work.

Resource consents, building consents.

Very varied work, always changing.
