The personal development plan (PDP) is a good tool to help people set goals and move up the ranks, however, this is not very specific to different disciplines within the company.
Amazing culture, everyone is very welcoming, supportive, knowledgeable, willing to help, answer questions. Can't say anything but positive for all areas of culture within work hours and after. Super social bunch.
TPG are inclusive yet are a relatively 'white' company and it's hard to propose te reo initiatives/te reo is not used or encouraged nearly as much as it should be.
Interview process made me feel comfortable and was encouraged to ask questions to see if the role would be something I was really interested in. Very transparent and good process.
The company offers regular salary reviews and provides clear guidelines for pay progression, ensuring that employees are fairly compensated as they grow in their roles.
