Interview was hard but had purpose with each of the tasks assigned

Multi-step hiring and interview process but was super easy to follow and not too daunting.

Interview process made me feel comfortable and was encouraged to ask questions to see if the role would be something I was really interested in. Very transparent and good process.

The graduate interview process has a few steps. You apply and first have a one-way recorded interview, an in person interview and then a less formal coffee chat with your potential people manager. The whole process is well planned out and is easy to follow.

The interview process consisted of a video screening process, and then a full workshop day where we rotated between one-on-one interviews, practical assessments, and case study presentations.

Interview process was rather intense. Although the people were extremely easy to talk to.

Went to Wellington for a full day in the office with other interviewees. Included a team exercise, individual writing exercise, and individual interview. We were very well taken care of, and I was impressed by how friendly and open everyone was. It made me very excited to start.

Let your personality shine, don't be afraid to say you don't know

Make sure you know what you're after in the position you are going for and ask lots of questions!

Be prepared to present in front of other on interview day

Be prepared to understand what TPG does specifically and do background research beyond the general website description.

I would recommend understanding as much as they can about the company, by reading the material on the website.

Be relaxed. Everyone at the company is wanting you to succeed so there is no need to be nervous.

Do some background prep on the company (values, services etc)

Do your research! Put yourself out there and give everything a go.
