About this role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi

Our Project Delivery practice is comprised of seasoned project and programme managers with experience managing a diverse range of IT projects and programmes. We are certified and experienced in PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, scrum and Agile methodologies, and work pragmatically. At any one time, our team has up to 300 projects on the go.

Our team is now looking for a talented graduate who is an organisational superstar to join our dynamic Project Delivery team performing in the role of Project Coordinator. This entry level role will require the coordination of one of our core business processes in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be confident, detail-oriented with a knack for organisation, and a passion for business process. Strong communication skills are a must, as well as a drive to collaborate. We are open to Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington or Tauranga locations where our offices are located.

Theta offers a supportive environment where a graduate can grow their skills and advance their career. You will also get the opportunity to work on continuous improvements and make a tangible impact on our Project Delivery processes. We value innovation, and the fresh perspective that a recent graduate can bring to our team.

Some of your responsibilities will include daily user and business process support, monitoring the ‘Project Delivery Support’ inbox and responding/reassigning accordingly, daily reminder reports, coordination of Statement of Work and Approval process (SoW & TAP) as well as urgent approvals, ensuring our internal systems are kept up to date with active customers and associated agreed rates and providing general project coordination support with tasks, activities, and reporting as required.

Previous incumbents in the role have gone on to progress their careers in the fields of project management, business change management, and business and process support. It provides a good grounding to a new graduate wishing to have a business career in the technology sector.
